The best concert I've had

Hello everybody!
Today I will write you about the best concert I’ve ever seen in my short life, the show took place at Estadio Monumental in 2011, more specifically on November 16th, I went there with one of my best friends at that moment and his sister. We were so excited about this day because the three of us were big fans of Pearl Jam.
This band is from Seattle, USA, and nowadays they play alternative rock; although, when they began they played grunge music. Their first album, Ten, is the best of all!
I remebered the show began at 9:00 pm with a punk rock band that nobody knew and then Chancho en Piedra was on the stage, about 10:00 pm Pearl Jam began the concert that all of us were expecting, the atmosphere changed when they played “Unthought Known” the first song of the setlist. We all jumped, screamed and sang, it was just amazing. I enjoyed this concert because I liked Pearl Jam since I was a little child.
This year, in November as well, I'm going to go to their concert again, at Estadio Nacional, I can't wait for it anymore!

My favourite artist

My favourite artist is Vivian Maier, she was a Street Photographer. She lived in Chicago, and for four decades she worked as a nanny, however in her spare time she was a photographer, a self-taught one.
She took photographs in the streets of Chicago, around the 60's. Most of her photographs aren't only portraits, but also self-portraits. Her pictures were focused on societal subjects for example, emigrants and homeless people.
Even though her work is valorated nowadays, Maier lived as an unknown photographer, her negatives weren’t discovered until 2007, when John Maloof bought a box, in a furniture and antique auction, with her negatives inside of it. Besides of photography she also had pictures in motion and sounds recordings.
Despite the fact that Vivian wasn't a professional photographer, the technique of her work was similar to an expert photographer, that's what I like the most of her. In other words, you don't need a university degree to become a good photographer.

I think a good memory about this artist is when my high school art teacher told me about her. My teacher and the discover of this artist encouraged me to study photography.

The country I'd like to visit

I'd like to visit Spain, it's located on the Iberian Peninsula, in southwestern Europe.
Did you know that it's the second most visited country in the world? that's because it's also the country with the most World Heritage sites and cities, so you can see much interesting places!

About history, first of all were Celts, Iberians and Basques who lived in the peninsula, after a big battle, was the Roman Empire that took the control of the peninsula. Maybe that's why the culture and its language are so diverse.
The places I'd like to go, must be one of Gaudi's building, his work was influenced by nature, we can see that his work is more curved than straight, and that's the interesting of his work! Also, I would like to go to Bilbao and visit the Guggenheim Museum, designed by Gehry.

I don't think that I want to live there, but I would like to go as a tourist, maybe for a long time, I love the idea of travelling.

Guggenheim Museum, Bilbao.

Casa Milà or La Pedrera, Barcelona.
